The Association

Thank you for visiting the website for the Rolling Ridge Farm Homeowners Association (RRFHOA). Our neighborhood is located in Sandwich, MA. If you are new to the area or neighborhood, welcome and we hope to meet you soon at one of our neighborhood events. The RRFHOA strives to maintain a clean, beautiful, and friendly neighborhood with events for individuals of all ages, and a community feel that meets the needs of our members. We have an annual meeting for all members, but welcome your questions and feedback by email at any time. Membership

Membership in the RRFHOA is mandatory for all households in our neighborhood as it is the price we share to live in Rolling Ridge, enjoy the beach, landscaping, tennis courts and many other benefits that keep our neighborhood fresh and desirable. We maintain our dues at the lowest rates we can while remaining fiscally responsible and able to keep up with the needs of the neighborhood’s shared property. It is essential that each household pay their annual dues in a timely manner. This is particularly important now that the association has embarked on programs intended to enhance the appearance and activities of our community.

Activities Supported with the Annual Dues

  • Landscaping for common areas
  • Neighborhood events (summer BBQ)
  • Beach maintenance
  • Docks at the beach
  • Shared field by Lawrence Pond for events
  • Picnic areas
  • Volleyball court
  • Tennis court
  • Neighborhood fences, unique street signage, entrances and seasonal decorating of common areas
  • Security maintenance, gates and key access to the field and beach area for RRFHOA members only

WE NEED YOUR HELP IN TWO WAYS

Suggestions on things you'd like to see... This could be landscaping related, neighborhood recreation event, or community wide ideas. We are ALWAYS looking for volunteers. Please consider donating some time and energy to the project of your choice. If you've got an idea, and/or would like to volunteer please Contact Us.

Neighborhood Covenants

The rules of the HOA community are described in what's called the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The CC&Rs describe the requirements and limitations of what you can do with your property. The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.
